Frequently asked questions

How much does event technology cost in Finland?+-

As a guide, excluding VAT: sound and video for a 50 to 100 person seminar costs about €1,500 to €3,500, a 200 to 500 person conference with lighting about €4,000 to €12,000, and a gala or show-driven event about €10,000 to €30,000.

What is included in the price?+-

In a turnkey package: equipment, transport, setup, technicians for the duration of the event and teardown.

How early should we book?+-

At least four to six weeks before the event. For spring and the December party season, book two to three months ahead.

Do we need you if the venue has its own sound system?+-

It depends on the event. A venue's built-in system is often fine for small meetings, but if you have keynote speakers, a panel or a live stream, an external team makes sure it all works.

Can you work with organizers from outside Finland?+-

Yes. We work across Finland from Helsinki and Oulu, communicate in English and quote in euros, excluding VAT. Tell us the date, venue and number of guests to get a quote.
