Want a large display surface for your event that is guaranteed to look impressive and bright? An LED screen is the right choice.
From Next Live, you get an LED screen for your event pre-installed and ready to go. We help you choose the right screen for the venue and audience size, install it ready for use, display everything you want on it during the event, and take the LED screen away once the event is over.
You don't need to be an expert in display technology to order an LED screen from Next Live. Just tell us what kind of event you're organising and where — we'll recommend the best solution.
An LED screen is easy to customise to exactly the right size and shape: for a seminar, for example, a 3.5x2m display surface often works well, while for a festival stage, a portrait-format screen can be the way to go.
Of course! The screens aren't afraid of a little wind or rain — all screens are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
As with everything, the price depends on a number of factors (e.g. screen size and support structure). A good starting point, however, is €200 + VAT per square metre.
So for example, a 5x3m LED screen costs around €3,000 + VAT, and a 3.5x2m screen costs €1,400 + VAT. Ask us for a more precise quote!
The easiest solution is to also order the rest of the visual technology from us for the duration of the event, in which case we take care of displaying all content on the screen throughout the event.
For less critical events, you can also feed content to the screen yourself via an HDMI cable.
We always provide the LED screen pre-installed at the venue. We handle transportation, testing, and removal of the screen, and if desired, we can also manage the display of content during the event.
